- I am a Network Marketer working with LiveSmart 360. I feel truly blessed by this opportunity to help others learn how to create a residual income. I am also a real estate investor. Before I became consumed by real estate about four years ago, my passion and all of my spare time was devoted to the fine art of painting. The first thing that I noticed, and the similarity between the two, is that success revolves around marketing and networking. The difference being the priority of each of these. For art the first priority is networking and for real estate investing it is marketing. What I truly love about marketing is the creative component of it. Now that I understand the mechanics of real estate and how to successfully put deals together, my focus has turned toward building momentum and mastering marketing.
